Roasted, Sussex Turkey, with all the festive trimmings

Wild Sea bass fillet on a bed of crushed new potatoes with a lemon butter sauce

Local free range Pheasant breast with a wild mushroom and red wine jus on a leek infused creamed potato

Slow roasted lamb shank with roast potatoes; Served in a red wine and rosemary jus.

Winter chanterelle mushroom and wilted rocket Brochette with a blue cheese dressing

Traditional Christmas pudding.
